There goes a saying that "Teaching is the noblest among all the professions". This saying created a great impact in my life as a teacher. I was assigned as Multigrade teacher in a far flung area, where in I practiced my teaching profession handling multilevel combined in one classroom. I had pupils with different ages, behavior, and learning abilities. It's quite difficult dealing with them due to their diversity. I had to prepare varied activities, employ different teaching strategies that is suited to their needs as learners. Teaching in the slum area is also difficult on my part because of the kind of workplace and the accessibility of the area. The means of transportation is not favorable and I had to go through a lot of hardships before reaching my respective station. Pupils also tend to crossed rivers just to reach the school. Most of the pupils belong to the families below poverty line, but they are willing to learn new things in school despite of their humble situation.Their willingness to learn and perseverance serves as my inspiration to change and touch their lives and make a difference in their lives as a learner. Furthermore, any single act of nobility makes TEACHING is all about. For all Teachers ...we are the unsung heroes...and this video is for all of us who have passion and dedication in the field of TEACHING..
